After months of legal wrangling, jury selection for the trial of former Penn State defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky has begun.
Sandusky, who was arrested last November and accused of sexually abusing at least 10 boys over a 15-year period, has denied all the allegations, some of which stretch back to 1994. But the scandal rocked the Penn State football program, and its alleged cover-up led to the firing of record-breaking head coach and Penn State institution Joe Paterno, who died earlier this year.
Sandusky faces 52 criminal counts and many of the alleged victims are likely to testify, though opening statements aren't expected until next week.
