How do you go to prom with the perfect gentleman? Take a Tebow cardboard cutout, of course.
Kingsley-Pierson High School senior Rachel Bird tried to get the real thing for her Iowa prom—tweeting at the new New York Jet, contacting his team, too. But no response and no dice. So she did what any normal teenage girl would do in her situation: She printed out a giant photo of him in a suit at Staples and pasted it on a piece of cardboard her mom found in a Dumpster.
Did she go into the gym for the dance with the Tebow arm candy? Yep. “It was awkward,” Bird told the Sioux City Journal. “But people asked me to stop for photos during the grand march. He was a cheap date, and he didn’t talk much.”
Tebow’d-out Jets fans are probably wishing they could say the same thing.
