Media mogul Rupert Murdoch has finally followed in the footsteps of his media and celebrity peers and joined Twitter. Some are speculating the Chairman and CEO of News Corp is looking to repair his damaged reputation after the phone-hacking scandal that ultimately brought down News of the World. Others think he may be looking to invest in the micro blogging website, following Saudi prince and business partner Alwaleed bin Talal. Murdoch’s Tweets so far have included praise for republican Rick Santorum, thoughts on President Obama, and criticism of the Steve Jobs biography. But the 80-year-old won't be tweeting at Wendi Deng anytime soon ... the owner of the Twitter account supposedly belonging to his wife announced Tuesday that it was in fact a fake account.
