Michele Bachmann has had her fair share of detractors during her bid for the Republican presidential nomination, but Iowa City offered her something new: a gay robot heckler.
While campaigning at a restaurant, the Tea Party favorite not only encountered anti-Bachmann demonstrators, who had to be removed by police, but also a man dressed up as a robot shouting at her with a megaphone, “I am a gay robot. I oppose Bachmann’s position on gays, whether they are human or robot.”
The robot, who was booed and escorted out of the venue, was protesting Bachmann’s LGBT policy positions.
He admitted to being the same gay robot who heckled Bill Clinton back in 2007.
