Rumors of an iPad 3 release in February are heating up, but will they hurt holiday sales of the iPad 2?
The original iPad debuted in April 2010, followed by the iPad 2 in March of 2011.
Tech analysts are forecasting that, more or less on schedule, the iPad 3 will drop in February of 2012 to compete with the new crop of Android devices like the Kindle Fire with an updated screen that’s twice the resolution of the current model.
