Vybz Kartel Prison Break? Jamaican Police Shoot Down Rumor.

Twitter is lighting up about Vybz Kartel after the dance hall D.J. was rumored to have staged a dramatic breakout from a Jamaican prison after holding guards at gunpoint.
The Jamaican Observer, however, claims the story is false, and quotes the assistant commissioner of police as saying, "I know nothing about that. If that had taken place I would certainly have known."
The 35-year-old Kartel was arrested in October at a New Kingston hotel and is being held on charges of murder related to the death of a music promoter.
