Love Farmville? Well, now you can hug the stuffing out of it with the announcement that Zynga is offering plush toys based on the characters of its popular online game.
Partnering with electronics retailer Best Buy, Zynga will sell eight limited-edition plush toys, all decked out in winter outfits.
The cuddly collectibles will go for about $10 each and will include 10 free Farm Cash tokens and other extras.
Following rival game developer Rovio’s success in selling 1 million Angry Birds T-shirts and plush toys a month, Zynga is testing the retail waters in time for the holiday season. In store sales begin Nov. 25.
