Conrad Murray Speaks Out in MSNBC Documentary;  Family of Michael Jackson Outraged

The Jackson family has failed to halt the airing of a documentary Michael Jackson and the Doctor: A Fatal Friendship, despite multiple letters, pleading for it to be pulled.

The family argues that the King of Pop is defenseless against any accusations made by his personal physician in the film and that it’s “disgusting to permit this criminal to profit from homicidal acts.”

Conrad Murray was convicted this week of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson.

In the documentary, Murray reportedly says Jackson lied to him about his medical history and insists he had been weaning the singer off of propofol, the anesthetic medication that Jackson overdosed on the day he died.

The documentary premieres Friday evening November 11th on MSNBC.
