Is it his baby (baby, baby)? Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber was slapped with a paternity lawsuit by a fan who says she took his virginity in a backstage bathroom at the Staples Center in Los Angeles last October and then gave birth to a baby boy three months ago.
The woman who filed the suit, Mariah Yeater, was 19 at the time while Bieber was only 16, raising the question of whether the alleged sexual encounter qualifies as statutory rape.
Yeater is demanding a paternity test, while Bieber’s reps call her claim, “malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false.”
