Amy Winehouse Killed by Alcohol, Not Drugs

A coroner’s report on Amy Winehouse lists the cause of death as alcohol poisoning, or “death by misadventure.”

According to a pathologist, the singer was five times over the legal drunk-driving limit after consuming “a very large quantity of alcohol.”

Winehouse, who fought substance abuse problems for years, was found dead in her London home this past July. She was 27 years old.
