Apple’s iCloud Off to Bumpy Start

Apple is about to get a lot of angry emails—if iCloud will allow users to send them.

People all over the Twitterverse are complaining of email outages after downloading iCloud, Apple's brand new cloud-based service that allows you to get your media and mail on all your PC and Apple devices, wherever you go.

The late Steve Jobs had been touting the iCloud as replacement for Apple's MobileMe which had a disappointing launch in 2008 and which Jobs later claimed wasn't Apple's "finest hour."

Reports say Apple will be adding streaming movies to the iCloud, but it may want to fix the email issue first.
