The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is trending on news that Apple has successfully filed a temporary injunction to block the sale of the tablet in the European Union, minus the Netherlands.
Back in April, Apple filed a court complaint against Samsung claiming that the Galaxy Tab "slavishly" copied Apple's technology, user interface, and product packaging.
Samsung was caught off guard by the recent court ruling but has responded by stating that the company will defend its intellectual-property rights in Europe and around the world. For now, the sale of the tablet has come to a halt across the E.U.
