Call of Juarez: The Cartel is trending after publisher Ubisoft released a trailer for the new video game.
Unlike its predecessors, Call of Juarez and Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood, which take place in the old west, this third game in the series is set in the present day and deals with a modern problem: the escalating drug war.
As such, the game has come under fire for trivializing the ongoing drug violence in Mexico and along the border in the United States. Not surprisingly, Ubisoft and developer Techland argue that's an unfair assessment. See for yourself when the game launches on July 19.
