Auburn University is trending today after the campus's two famed oak trees werepoisoned by a supporter of nearby rival University of Alabama. Auburn fansfrequently festoon the 130-year old trees at Toomer's Corner with toilet paperto celebrate football victories. Police arrested 62-year-old Harvey AlmornUpdyke, who admitted on a local radio show that he poisoned the trees with the herbicideSpike 80DF.
