As Romney speaks, McCain looks like he’s getting ready to water-board him right then and there. McCain’s response: “I assume Romney doesn’t know what waterboarding is. … If we’re going to get the high ground in this world, we’re not going to torture people.”
Earlier, McCain looked like he was nodding off behind the podium. He appears to have woken up.
