North Korea Hasn’t Gotten Any Better at Photoshop

KCNA

As the above image demonstrates, since taking over North Korea from his father, Kim Jong Un hasn’t been able to do much to improve the regime’s ability to doctor photographs.

This is hardly the first time North Korea’s propaganda team has had some trouble with photoshop. Goofs have included floating Dear Leaders, disappearing camera crews, and copy-and-pasted hovercrafts.

Brian Ashcraft of Kotaku writes, “the country’s inability to master the art of Photoshop should leave doubts about their ability to do a lot of things, such as making proper spreadsheets and resize GIFs—not to mention feed its people.”

But to be fair, North Korea’s superpower patrons have some trouble with this too.
