Summer Zervos, who accused President Donald Trump of sexually assaulting her has subpoenaed his campaign for “all documents concerning any woman who asserted that Donald J. Trump touched her inappropriately,” according to the court filing published by BuzzFeed on Sunday. The former Apprentice contestant came forward a few weeks before the 2016 election to say Trump had groped her and tried to kiss her without her consent in 2007.
The subpoena seeks “all documents concerning any accusations that were made during Donald J. Trump’s election campaign for president, that he subjected any woman to unwanted sexual touching and/or sexually inappropriate behavior.” The document specifically lists at least nine women in addition to Zervos who have accused Trump of groping them— Jessica Leeds, Mindy McGillivray, Rachel Crooks, Natasha Stoynoff, Temple Taggart, Kristin Anderson, Cathy Heller, Jill Harth, and Jessica Drake.
The subpoena also asks for all documents relating to the infamous leaked Access Hollywood tape from 2005 in which Trump bragged about committing sexual assault.
Trump has denied the allegations of assault and called them lies during the campaign, which led Zervos to file a defamation lawsuit mere days before the inauguration. The president’s lawyers are trying to get that lawsuit dismissed, claiming the president can’t face a civil lawsuit while in office.
The future of that case will ultimately decide whether the subpoena moves forward. “The subpoena was served, but we agreed with the campaign to adjourn their response date until after the motion to dismiss is decided, as long as they gave us assurances that the documents be preserved (which they did.),” lawyer Gloria Allred told NBC News.
