The Justice Department, at the FBI’s recommendation, is not going to prosecute Hillary Clinton for using a private email account during her time as secretary of state. That didn’t stop House Republicans led by Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz from calling FBI Director James Comey to Capitol Hill last week to rehash the whole story of Clinton’s irresponsible behavior; now, Chaffetz and Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Virginia, have announced that they’ve found yet another Hillarymail thread to pull:

Two Republican congressmen on Monday formally requested that the U.S. Attorney for the District investigate whether Hillary Clinton committed perjury when she testified before a congressional committee about her use of a private email server while she was secretary of state.

That’s from the Washington Post; the congressmen want to know specifically whether Clinton’s testimony is contradicted by anything the FBI found. There’s also this:

U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.), who chairs the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, sent letters to the Justice Department, State Department, Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and the Intelligence Community and State Department Inspector Generals requesting more information on the Clinton email investigation, especially related to its financial costs.

That’s five different entities that Johnson is querying. Investigations forever!
