Original post, 11:13 a.m.: An armed man has attacked a movie theater in the southwestern German town of Viernheim, reports say, injuring 25 or more people; German officials say the attacker is dead. It’s not clear yet what the attacker’s motivation was or how the victims were hurt—initial accounts have said he fired a weapon and may also have set off some sort of gas.
