It’s a lot of Trump news today, guys:
- Trump’s campaign is very very very low on money.
- A lot of the money that it does have is ending up in the hands of businesses controlled by Donald Trump.
- But some is also going in shady fashion to a random house in New Hampshire that Slate writer Ruth Graham visited today.
- One place Trump’s money is probably not going, despite what his FEC disclosure forms say, is to himself as salary.
- Hillary Clinton, meanwhile, gave a withering speech about the bipartisan agreement that a Trump presidency would be a disaster for the economy. (Here’s today’s Trump Apocalypse Watch.)
- And police caught a car stocked with loaded guns and knives that was about to go through the Holland Tunnel into New York. (The incident doesn’t appear to be terrorism-related, which shouldn’t necessarily make us feel better.)
