Hundreds of demonstrators gathered in Manhattan on Saturday to march from Columbus Circle to Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue to protest Donald Trump’s candidacy. At least two protesters were arrested for walking in the street while there are reports that police used pepper spray on a group of demonstrators. The protest appears to have been largely peaceful, although there were some moments of intense clashes with police that were caught on video when demonstrators allegedly tried to breach police barricades.

Protesters carried numerous signs including one that read “Love Trumps Hate” and another that read, “Will trade 1 Donald Trump for 25,000 refugees.” Demonstrators also chanted: “Donald Trump, go away, racist, sexist, anti-gay.”

Although the protesters marched to the skyscraper where Trump lives, the real estate mogul wasn’t there. The Republican presidential front-runner was actually being inconvenienced by another group of protesters, who blocked a major highway leading to a rally in Fountain Hills, Arizona. Around two-dozen people parked cars in the road leading to the event and displayed banners reading “Dump Trump” and “Must Stop Trump.” The protesters blocked the road for about an hour before dispersing and heading to the rally on foot.
