Word is that President Obama implied to a group of donors last week that it’s about time for Bernie Sanders to get out of the presidential race, though Bernie probably doesn’t really care what the president thinks in this case. In other news:
- The first national poll taken since Marco Rubio dropped out indicates that … well, that Donald Trump is still winning.
- Mitt Romney said, tepidly, that he will vote for Ted Cruz. Marco Rubio has not yet decided whether he will endorse Cruz, but if he does, he will probably do so tepidly.
- Elevated levels of lead have been found in tap water in Newark, New Jersey public schools.
- Paris terror suspect Salah Abdeslam—the only surviving person believed to have helped carry out the Nov. 13, 2015 attacks—was arrested in a raid in Belgium.
- And Michigan State was shocked by Middle Tennessee State in one of the biggest March Madness upsets ever.
