Hillary Clinton has said that she’ll release the transcripts of the infamously expensive speeches she gave to Wall Street firms including Goldman Sachs if other politicians start releasing transcripts of their past speeches to private groups. She reiterated that position in response to an audience question at last night’s televised town hall event in Las Vegas:

CLINTON: Well, let me say this. I’m happy to release anything I have when everybody else does the same, because every other candidate in this race has given speeches to private groups, including Senator Sanders.

Well, today Bernie Sanders’ campaign “accept[ed] Clinton’s challenge” with a facetious press release:

Sen. Sanders accepts Clinton’s challenge. He will release all of the transcripts of all of his Wall Street speeches. That’s easy. The fact is, there weren’t any. Bernie gave no speeches to Wall Street firms.

Heh heh heh. Not bad, Sanders campaign.
