Marco Rubio had a good day Saturday, finishing second in South Carolina and watching his Florida frenemy Jeb Bush drop out of the presidential race. But Rubio is not necessarily going to get that big a boost in the polls from ex-Jeb supporters, many of whom say they’ll confound pundit expectations by backing Trump or Cruz. In other news:
