There’s Reportedly a Coyote on the Loose in the Myrtle Beach Airport

Update, 11:25 p.m.: The coyote has been safely removed from the airport, police say.

Original post, 11:13 a.m.: Big coyote news out of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina!

(I hope it remembered to take its shoes off, etc.)

Enterprising coyote aviation reporter Jay Rodriguez is tracking the situation at Myrtle Beach Online. Here’s the other info he’s got at the moment:

1. It’s a wild coyote, which I assume just means that it’s not, like, a coyote someone brought to the airport in a cage. (Coyotes are not really pet material.)

2. No one has been harmed by it.
