Former Republican presidential hopeful Lindsey Graham may not have seen much movement in the polls, but he did stir some movement in our hearts. The South Carolina senator spoke frankly about his personal life. He made the kids’ table GOP debates slightly more bearable, with memorable lines on Donald Trump (“a cartoon character”) and Vladimir Putin (“a guy riding around on a horse without his shirt”). He destroyed his cell phone.
