That is Stanford's Francis Owusu somehow making a touchdown catch on a trick play (in which quarterback Kevin Hogan had initially lined up as a wide receiver) by reaching completely around the body of UCLA defender Jaleel Wadood (who also committed a foul on the play by running into Owusu) to catch the ball against Wadood's back.

That was actually Owusu's first touchdown catch of the year, too—not a bad way to get on the board. Stanford went on to win the game 56–35.
