Reporter Who Seemingly Asked Pope About “Negroes” Actually Said “Migrants”

This happened during Pope Francis’ morning visit to the White House, and it seemed very strange:

However, other accounts of the question indicate that the question was about “migrants,” not “negroes,” and the audio in the video below seems to back that up.
