Authorities believe former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle paid for sex with minors, the AP reports. Fogle is expected to plead guilty to criminal charges Wednesday in Indianapolis; a document released by prosecutors Wednesday outlines charges on counts of “traveling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor” and “distribution and receipt of child pornography.”

The document says specifically that Fogle paid a 17-year-old girl for sex in November 2012 at the Plaza Hotel in New York City and did the same several months later at a Ritz Carlton. From the AP:

After the first meeting, the document said, Fogle texted the girl and offered to pay her a fee if she could find him another underage girl to pay for sex acts.

During these discussions, Fogle “stated that he would accept a 16-year-old girl, while stating that the younger the girl, the better,” the document said.

Fogle is also accused of obtaining child pornography from Russell Taylor, a 43-year-old who worked for Fogle’s charitable foundation and who was himself arrested in May. Fogle is alleged to have possessed hidden-camera recordings of minors “as young as 13 or 14” that were taken in Indiana as well as “images taken by others outside the U.S., including videos of children around age 6.”
