A 24-year-old woman named Chloe Goins says Bill Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008, the Daily Mail reports. Goins, described in the Daily Mail piece as a “model and lap dancer” from Las Vegas, says she plans to give Los Angeles police a statement about her accusation; she alleges she was at a party when Cosby gave her a mixed drink that caused her to feel woozy, then led her to a bedroom. She says she lost consciousness and was being assaulted when she came to her senses:

She claims she woke up completely naked on a bed and alleges Cosby was hunched over her licking her toes. She knew she was still in the Playboy mansion because she could hear music playing.

Disturbingly, Goins said the then 70-year-old had his trousers around his ankles and was pleasuring himself.

’I was butt naked lying on my back on a bed and didn’t have any idea where I was.’

Goins’ attorney, the Daily Mail says, has already contacted police. It’s unclear whether the alleged offense would be prosecutable under California’s statute-of-limitations laws; the Daily Mail says yes, Gawker says maybe not. Slate has made requests for clarification with a law firm and an advocacy group in California that work with victims and we’ll update this post if we hear back.
