A former exotic dancer filed a civil suit against Cowboys owner Jerry Jones on Monday alleging sexual assault. The suit filed by Jana Weckerly seeks $1 million in punitive damages from Jones stemming from an incident at a Dallas-area hotel in June 2009. The suit comes after explicit photos of Jones and two women, taken by Weckerly, were leaked last month. “[O]ne of the photographs shows Jones grabbing the chest of an unidentified blonde woman from behind,” Courthouse News Service reports. “Another image shows Jones holding an unidentified dark-haired woman’s face against his crotch.”

In the suit, Weckerly claims after the photos were taken, “Jones fondled her genitals, forced her to touch or rub his penis, and required she watch as the 71-year-old Jones received oral sex from another woman,” the Dallas Morning News reports. “The lawsuit also alleges Jones conspired to cover up the incident by forcing Weckerly to sign an agreement to conceal the alleged assault.”

Jones has not commented on the lawsuit, but discussed the leaked photos with the Morning News in August:

Asked if the photos were part of an extortion plot, Jones responded: “Someone has misrepresented photos taken at a restaurant five years ago for their own purposes. I’m just not going to comment on it.’’
