Bad news from Israel, via Haaretz correspondent Barak Ravid:

Reuters, meanwhile, reports that air warning sirens went off in Israel minutes ago; the three-day cease-fire was scheduled to end at midnight local time, which is 5 p.m. ET. The Israel Defense Forces’ Twitter account says a rocket was fired into the country from Gaza. Per CNN’s Jake Tapper, Hamas has denied it launched the rocket.

Update, Aug. 13, 4:50 p.m.: Multiple sources report another cease-fire has been negotiated.
