Israel Launches Ground Invasion of Gaza

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are launching a ground operation against Hamas in Gaza following more than a week of airstrikes, the IDF has announced.

The operation is said to target infastructure, specifically tunnels built by Hamas for the purpose of infiltrating Israel.
