The bodies of three Israeli teenagers missing since June 12 have been found outside the city of Hebron. Al-Jazeera correspondent Nick Schifrin confirms the news:

The New York Times reports that the individuals whose bodies were found appear to have been shot to death.

Eyal Yifrach, 19, Gilad Shaar, 16, and Naftali Fraenkel, 16 were last seen on June 12 near the area where they were found. Israel blamed the Hamas organization for their disappearance, and hundreds of Palestinians have been arrested and several killed in the rescue operation and crackdown on Hamas that have followed the apparent kidnapping.

Hebron is the largest city in the West Bank.
