Today the North Carolina Supreme Court struck down the city of Chapel Hill’s ban on using cell phones while driving, ruling that only the state itself can regulate highways and roads. But the real news is what I found when I looked up more data about driving/cellphone laws and found out that, in Missouri and Montana, it’s not illegal to text while driving a school bus.

Do not move to Missouri or Montana.
