Syrian Opposition Posts Video Purporting to Depict Chemical Weapons Attack

Reuters is reporting on a video released by Syrian opposition activists that allegedly depicts a chlorine gas attack, which, if legitimate, would be the latest evidence that President Bashar al-Assad is reneging on last year's agreement with the United States and Russia to eliminate, and cease use of, the national government's stock of chemical weapons. Here's the video:

Reuters noted that it could not verify the legitimacy of the footage. An estimated 160,000 people have been killed in Syria's civil war, which began in 2011.
