Reuters is reporting on a video released by Syrian opposition activists that allegedly depicts a chlorine gas attack, which, if legitimate, would be the latest evidence that President Bashar al-Assad is reneging on last year's agreement with the United States and Russia to eliminate, and cease use of, the national government's stock of chemical weapons. Reuters noted that it could not verify the legitimacy of the footage. An estimated 160,000 people have been killed in Syria's civil war, which began in 2011.
