Florida State sports site Tomahawk Nation reports that Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston was cited by police for shoplifting crab legs from a Publix supermarket. It’s not his first criminal-justice rodeo:

Winston has had previous run-ins with the law, but no arrests. He was investigated for an alleged rape, but the State Attorney declined to bring charges due to a lack of evidence. In November, the associated press reported that Winston was questioned about his involvement in a long-running BB gun battle, and that a Burger King reported Winston was stealing soda in a ketchup cup.

The rape allegation is a controversial subject; the New York Times recently documented numerous errors made by Tallahassee police officers investigating the claim, while a Florida State inquiry launched well after the allegation led to code of conduct charges against two of Winston’s teammates (but not Winston himself).

Winston also plays for the Florida State baseball team, from which Tomahawk Nation reports he will be suspended over the shoplifting citation.
