Power Outage Knocks Out Lights at the U.S. Capitol

It’s light versus dark in D.C. tonight. Spoiler: the light’s winning – at least at the Capitol. Intense weather may have caused the power outage, which occured around 8:30 p.m. local time. Soon after, power was restored, but not before folks on Twitter could get in a couple quick jabs at Congress.
