Photos and Videos: Deadly Typhoon Devastates Tacloban, Philippines

One of the strongest typhoons on record hit the Philippines Friday, killing as many as 10,000 people in one city alone. Super typhoon Haiyan destroyed about 70 to 80 percent of the structures in its path, reports Reuters, before weakening and heading to Vietnam. Rescuers are still struggling to reach villages along the coast but so far the hardest hit city appears to be Tacloban, the capital of Leyte province.
