OK, I’m admittedly a little late to this one; but, fast food ‘creativity’ is hard to pass up.

Burger King is apparently out of ideas when it comes to climbing the fast food hierarchy. In an attempt to move past competitors McDonald’s and Wendy’s, the burger chain has decided to make it less work for you to enjoy your burger and fries. Enter, the “French Fry Burger.”

According to the AP, stuffing fries on top of your burger is a “relatively novel offering” as Burger King tries to compete with McDonald’s “Dollar Menu.” It would be “completely” novel, but customers have probably been making this combo on their own for years. On the business side, the AP also notes that the new offering won’t cost the chain anything since, as you know, they already have the ingredients in house.
