Watch Obama Speak Hebrew, Joke How He’s Happy to Get Away From Congress

As he began his much anticipated three-day trip to Israel, President Obama got lots of applause for uttering a few words in Hebrew:

Tov l’he’ot shuv b’aretz means, it’s good to be in Israel again, according to the Jerusalem Post.

He also joked around with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu: “It’s good to get away from Congress.” Netanyahu responded with a hearty laugh.
