File this under significant but not exactly shocking: Hillary Clinton declared her support for gay marriage in a video released by the Human Rights Campaign.

In the Monday morning video, Clinton says that she supports gay marriage "personally and as a matter of policy and law," explaining that "LGBT Americans ... are full and equal citizens and deserve the rights of citizenship. That includes marriage."

Clinton, as the Associated Press helpfully points out, follows other potential 2016 Democratic presidential candidates Andrew Cuomo and Joe Biden in making her positive stance on gay marriage public.
