Marco Rubio’s trying to make the best of his ill-timed gulp of Poland Spring during his State of the Union response. His political action committee, Reclaim America, is now selling refillable bottles for $25 a pop. “Send the liberal detractors a message that not only does Marco Rubio inspire you…he hydrates you too,” reads the ad copy.
