Good news from Houston, where former President George H.W Bush was discharged from the hospital today. USA Today:

Former president George H.W. Bush has been released from The Methodist Hospital in Houston after being treated for bronchitis, a bacterial infection and a cough, according to a statement released by Jim McGrath, a spokesman for Bush.

“Mr. Bush has improved to the point that he will not need any special medication when he goes home, but he will continue physical therapy,” Amy Mynderse, an internal medicine physician, is quoted as saying in the statement.

The former president checked in to the hospital back at the end of November and had been in and out of (but mostly in) the hospital since, including at least one trip to the ICU.
