Naked Body-Scan Images Go Public

Remember how, back in August, it emerged that the TSA wasn’t telling the truth about whether or not clothes-piercing security scanners could store and retrieve virtually-naked images of people? Now Gizmodo has obtained and released a batch of the scanner images from the Florida courthouse where the U.S. Marshals service was caught saving them. This batch is sort of rough and blobby, but don’t worry—when your own airport body scans make it onto the Internet, the X-ray technology will probably make them much cleaner and higher-resolution.
