This Sprint spot seemed appalling to me, too, the first few times I saw it during NFL games.

Then I remembered that the commercial breaks are when they get the injured players out of the way so we can get back to the game action, and I couldn't figure out how to articulate any objection to the ad anymore. At least it's a career-threatening knee injury, not brain damage, right?
