The
Wall Street Journal
reports
that Floyd Landis, who finished first in the 2006 Tour de France after 13 other top riders were barred from that year’s race for doping violations, then was stripped of his victory for a doping violation, has admitted using performance-enhancing drugs.
Landis also claims that Lance Armstrong, who consistently performed better than all the cyclists who were using performance-enhancing drugs, was using performance-enhancing drugs.
