Richard Adler, co-writer of the music and lyrics for "Damn Yankees" and "The Pajama Game", died on Thursday.
The Pajama Game has, I think, slipped somewhat into obscurity but it's by far the best American musical comedy about labor union organizing out there and was a favorite in my household when I was growing up.
