America's Post-9/11 Tourism Disaster


Travel and tourism is one of America's strongest export industries and it's been growing smartly over the past few years but look at the amazing collapse that happened after 9/11 and the imposition of new security rules.

The huge drop around the most recent recession is a natural part of the worldwide financial panic. The same thing happened during the previous recession, too, except that time around recovery was nipped in the bud by the terrorist attack and America's response to it.
