We've been watching the end of retail here with interest, but not every retail firm is failing. Horace Dediu brings us the success stories, led by Apple. What's interesting is that of the top five in terms of sales per square foot, three—Apple, Tiffany, and Coach—are also the leaders in year-on-year sales growth.
